It says China made but honestly has a more quality feel to it than you normally associate with China made items. Not saying it is the "best" but seems ok to me. Handy device with a lot of tools a knife, a bottle opener, scissors, two blades that seem like saws with one having a file edge to it and looks like you can use the tip of that blade as a flat time screwdriver.
