Colorful Comfortable Dog Harness with Waste Bag Dispenser and Touch Tape NWT

This is a new with tags vest style comfortable harness for a small dog. Brightly colored green and orange with a zip up waist bag dispenser that is bright yellow. There's a small black circle with a criss cross so you can pull the end of the bags through that to make it even easier to grab one. The tag says small/medium but definitely this is for a little dog. I've included some measurements for you. There is a pretty good size piece of touch tape on the orange and green straps so they're a little bit adjustable. The material is a foamy spongy feeling soft material with black accent lining. There is a small hook on the top for your dog's leash.
