The printer has merely been opened and one cartridge put in it and one photo printed off that cartridge merely to make sure it worked. It works greaat and was easy to set up I just turned it on and got my phone and went to Bluetooth and found the printer and once it connected it told me I was missing the app did I wanna download it and I hit yes and The app downloaded and it was setup so I hit print ti a photo and was very impressed with the quality of photo and super easy set up. The Kodak cartridges was a brand new box and I opened it and took one out and put inside Printer to test and didn’t print any more photos so if you get this item it will be charged some ready to print because I left the cartridge in it. However it is supposed to have 3 new cartridges since the box was new I accidentally lost one of the cartridges but the printer has only printed one photo
